Empowering international women in purchasing property in Germany

Because, warum should it be so complicated?!

I help you understand how to purchase a flat in Germany

Welcome to Ladies Immo, a learning hub for international women residing in Germany who are ready to take the leap into homeownership! I understand that delving into the real estate market can feel like a daunting task, especially when you're navigating a new country and a language that might still be unfamiliar. I’m not from here either, struggled with the language too, and worse, I was repeatedly treated nastily by those old-school characters who think property investment is for rich dudes only. And yet, I managed to buy a home in Berlin and even a second small flat as an investment!

This is not financial advice as I am not a financial expert, but I thought I’d help others do the same by simply sharing my own experience, all in English (and I might one day add other languages, yay!). If you are eager to break free from the rental cycle and settle into a cozy nest you can call your own, or you're eyeing an investment opportunity, I try to demystify all the German quirks and complexities. I hope this will help you transform your dream into a tangible reality!
